You can manage the user access rights Selecting the exact usergroup from the useradministration. Get further information from the table below:

This is the default setting of each user. This user has no special access. He will only get the newsletter if the option : Has the user agreed to get the newsletter is set to "yes".
registered user
A regsitered user can see all password protected pages with password protection:"This page is visible for all registered users" if you've send him the Logindata. Additional you can assign each regsitered user pages with password protection:"This page is only visible for assigned regsitered users" If pages exsiting with this option you will have another dropdown under ugroup where you can select the article and than press: .
Admin
The admin has all possible access rights (he can read and edit any page using the dropdown Go to) Nevertheless it's recommended to create an additional account for the admin with usergroup:"can read all" Note: you'll need another E-Mail address to create additional accounts.
admin with limited rights
The admin with limited rights can edit single articles assigned from the admin. These articles are all inside the dropdown Go to.

This user can read all articles independend from the passwordprotection.
Hint: If you change user access rights you always have to press or (if the user already exists).
