How to create internal and external links. How to create popup-windows
Internal link:(creating a hyperlink to pages that have been created within the system)
Type the desired text into the Wysiwyg editor (e.g. "Use our Contact form")
Highlight the text with your mouse . (here: "")
Click the following symbol in the Wysiwyg editor toolbar:. A popup window opens.
In our example we want to link the highlighted text to the article with the name Contact. Type "Contact" in the search field at the top of the popup window. If the article doensn't appear, (that could be due to a misspelling for instance) you can always select the article manually.
Additionally you can checkmark the option Popup and the link will be opened in a new 400px x 400 pixel sized window.
Click OK, the link will now be created.
To double-check your work, preview this page and click on the newly created link.
External link: (creating a hyperlink to other websites)
Type the desired text into the Wysiwyg editor (e.g. "external link example")
Highlight the desired text. ("")
Click the following symbol in the Wysiwyg editor toolbar:. A popup window opens.
In our example we want to link the highlighted text to the website www.domain.com. Type www.domain.cominto the field: Hyperlink.
From the dropdown menu Target select "new Window", if you want the link to be opened in a new window.
Click OK, the new link has now been created.
To double-check your work, preview this page and click on the newly created link.
